杏仁茶 Almond Tea NT $50，靠近杏仁茶館就能聞到撲鼻而來的濃郁杏仁香氣，二崁先民從事中藥材買賣，因此對於杏仁等藥材的知識豐富。店家挑選出品質佳的南杏(又稱甜杏，味甘甜，但較不具養身效果)、北杏(略帶微苦，但對身體比較養生)，以古法將杏仁手工研磨製成杏仁茶，並以祖傳比例密方調配，經過熬煮後散發出天然的杏仁香，讓不少原本不敢喝杏仁茶的旅人嘗試過後因而愛上杏仁茶的滋味。

澎湖二崁聚落 Penghu Erkan Ancient Residences，二崁村座落在漁翁島東岸的ㄧ個小凹地中，聚落東西兩邊各有一高地，故稱二崁（崁是高地的意思）。二崁村於民國90年經內政部指定成為國內第一個傳統聚落保存區，並發展成為具有在地文化特色的各項小型展覽館。

走入二崁，映入眼簾，最吸睛的便是咾咕石街巷，及古厝牆上掛滿了當地居民自創的褒歌，內容描述生活點滴或傳頌男女思慕情懷，試著以閩南語唸唸看，保證趣味橫生。逛餓了可以走到柑仔店吃「土仁粿」、「金瓜粿」，渴了喝杯道地的「二崁杏仁茶」或吃碗「二馬豆花」。

澎湖群島，亦稱澎湖列島，是位於臺灣海峽上的一組群島，由90個大小島嶼組成，總面積約為128平方公里。16世紀時葡萄牙殖民者來到東方，發現澎湖海域魚產豐富，在島上住著許多漁民，因此稱呼澎湖為漁翁島（Pescadores）。澎湖群島多漁港，夜間萬點漁火流動，忽明忽滅，與水中映射之星斗互相煇映，1953年臺灣省政府將「澎湖漁火」選定作為臺灣八景之一。

澎湖群島數百年來先後為不同的殖民政權掌控，包括荷蘭人、法國人和日本人。這賦予澎湖群島豐富的史蹟，其中多數位於三大島：由橋樑連接的澎湖、白沙和西嶼。但這些島嶼不僅合歷史迷的胃口，也擁有白色的沙灘和絕美的沿海景色。澎湖群島也是唯一一個海岸線由玄武岩岩漿形成的島嶼。 它是海，風和玄武岩的故鄉。
